The service was great and the bed was very comfortable. It was a little noisey the next morning as they were having works carried out but otherwise it was perfect. |

We arrived at 10am from an overseas flight and they had the room ready for us--great room with great pillows and bed. Friendly staff. Best hotel experience during our 9 day visit to Ireland. |

excellent location very professional and helpful staff loved the whole experience did not enjoy fire alarm going off twice at seven in the morning .also feel residents should be allowed sit in foyer if they dont want the afternoon tea without staff having to make exceptions |

Proximity to facilities, reasonable priced considering it's recent refurbishment (our room was not one of the recently refurbished rooms however) Did not like the process used for securing the rooms via credit card, think this could be improved on. Otherwise very impressed by the hotel |

I enjoyed my stay immensely. 1st time staying in a 5 star hotel and its a true saying that you get what you pay for. So nice to step out of hotel and be on Grafton St!! Lovely welcome back to our room after a fantastic time at Celine Dion concert to find towels changed in room and lovely choclolate on our bed not to mention our slippers waiting beside the bed along with a lovely "Good Night" mat!! |

It is in a great position as we were able to walk most places. It has a very relaxing atmosphere in the beautiful lobby with lovely view of Grafton Street. Our bedrooms were also great, they had all I would have needed and much more. The only slight problem I would say is maybe some of the staff might be a little more friendly,They were all very helpful but I like a little more chat sometimes. I understand that may not be the atmosphere you are after in yuor hotel so that is fine, I would certantly and will stay there again as we had a great time. Thanks. |

The amenities available inside of the rooms made for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The concierge were most helpful as i have little knowledge of Dublin and they helped me immensely. All of the staff were well trained and this was reflected through the impeccable service recieved in all areas of the hotel. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definately return. Breakfast was average and i maybe would have expected better choice and more space in the restaurant as it was crowded, noisy and the atmosphere was not consistent with the rest of the hotel, which was calm and relaxing. |
