Location was ideal for getting to and from the city centre. The view from the apartment was excellent looking out on to the dog track. Modern with all the facilities, excellent choice. Quiet area. Shops close by. Bus route |

Good facilities. On arrival the documentation did not have the out of hours contact number whihc is only displayed insaide the complex, but as their is a controllled entry we could not get access to this |

our check in was a mess. the room they had allocated for us was in use by another guest, which we found out by Walking in! then it took almost 1hr for them to find another room. Which @ 12am after a long flight is NOT what one wants to experience when you have already booked. Nor did the guy checking us in say sorry or take responsibility for the mess us, he just claimed it wasn’t his fault. the check in procedure & total lack of profeesionalism by the staff member we dealt with. |

The apartment was designed for comfort and there was plenty of room for everybody. The staff were not around in the evening, alittle further out of town then stated....a good 20 minute walk. |

Staffwise.Donal was very helpful. Duty Manager on call was very difficult to contact after 6 my friend was waiting 2 hours from attempting to contact him to arriving at apartment.Besides that beautiful apartment excellent value for money. |

The beds were terrible. Both beds had broken headstands that creaked if you moved and we were just waiting for the bed to collapse completely at any time! But that was the only problem we had everything else was fantastic. |

Lovely setting, overlooking the canal; excellent supermarket directly opposite; a nice spacious apartment; helpful staff. I was expecting twin rather than double rooms and ensuite bathrooms. |

It was easy to stay there, most equipment was provided carpets were shabby, it was basic rather than luxury as described on the booking, shower door was broken, not entirely clean, not everything you needed was there for a weekend stay, ie condiments, washup liquid etc |
