The room was very clean. The landlady was quite intrusive. When our room was cleaned all of our stuff was moved. It is not in a good location. |

I loved the location and the decor. Overall, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Some of the staff had slight difficulty with English. My query about room service was not returned at all despite a promise to call back in the next few minutes. |

it 's nearness the centre of the city and it 's very easy to reach the others routes.it's a strategic point. the only thing i've to point out is that the restaurant's tables aren't good cleaned.they are like glue.WHAT A PITY!!Because everything 's ok |

it was central for all the things we wanted to do on our visit to galway the tables in the dining room we a disgrace, no linen on and tables were that sicky your had to prize your cutlery off, we sat at more than one during our stay. we did mention this as we left. |

Very near center of town and restaurants etc. Entertainment on Sat excellent . Nice Meal Breakfast in function room next morning - breakfast was excellent but we had a long night in the bar the night before and it was hard to sit at the same table within hours for breakfast .... a seperate breakfast dining are would have been better |

Modern, contemporary styled rooms. Cool bathrooms, excellent shower. Great location in the best city in Ireland...Galway is one cool place. Friendliest staff I've seen in a hotel in a while. Excellent breakfast, served until 11am. Member of staff knocks on your door in the evenings offering little desserts prepared by the chef served on a dish...that doesnt happen in most hotels! Not a big deal, but checkout is 11am which is a little earlier than usual. |

helpful staff. Cozy but very attractively designed rooms. Turn down each night. Great location. Free newspapers. No special hotel charge to use phones. Very nice full breakfast included. |
