Quiet residential area; easy access to central Dublin by bus (or 25 minute walk). Close to many amenities in Grafton Street and St Stephen's Green areas. Excellent breakfast with wide range of choice.The hot food was hot! Toilet in the en-suite could have been cleaner. |

spacious, comfortable, good food and helpful reception staff. On Saturday night the service at the bar was poor because of an apparent shortage of staff. It took approx half an hour to be served. Not the end of the world but annoying at the time. |

Friendly, well trained staff. Quality of included breakfast a pleasant surprise. Easy walk to St. Stephen's Green and Merrion Square. Aircoach drops you off at front gate which is a big plus with luggage. Located in a clean neigborhood with good places to eat nearby. Free WiFi in lobby a lifesaver. Rooms clean, comfortable, and spacious for Europe. Superb value for money. |

The staff were very helpful, cheerful and pleasant. We arrived early in the morning, and were able to check in straight away.The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good. We did not eat dinner at the hotel, but the menu looked really interesting, and the bar and seating area were very attractive Our room did not have air conditioning, which was a little disappointing, as it had been advertised, and we assumed it would be in every room. |

The staff were very friendly, courteous. We ordered breakfast to the room and when it arrived it wasn't what we ordered, we got full Irish but my husband is vegetarian and we asked for scrambled eggs on toast. |

Beautiful setting and hotel, staff very friendly and helpful The bathroom door creaked constantly (I did a temp fix myself). The breakfast surroundings were beautiful but the breakfast went cold very fast. I believe that the cold breakfast plates were the main fault |

Reception was very quick booking in and out and validating car park tickets. Bar/Catering staff also attentive but then hotel was really quiet so they were not rushed. |
