I had to pay an authorization tax which was charged in my VISA. I think this tax was very expensive and because of that I had troubles to pay with my credit card. |

Location, walking distance from all essential Dublin activities, very nice staff, 24 hour reception It's really an apartment, which means, no Hotel facilities like Bar, neither Lobby nor Hotel shampoo / shower gel toiletries. Perhaps they could have added A (optional) survival kit for late arrivals to include some (dry) breakfast food. |

some people at the receiption were really friendly, the appartements are nice the entire saty no hot water, one person at the receiption was really nasty. they promised me a quite room to the inner court yard and I got a room to a busy road. |

Very nice, newly furbished apartments with fully stocked kitchen, washing machine + dryer, ironing board and hair dryer. Good location easy walk to Temple Bar. 24 hour reception. Feels like they're still working the bugs out of the new construction, such as the water saving toilets that take forever to fill, rendering them inoperable after a few flushes -- a definite problem for 4-5 people staying in a 2BR apartment (hint: use the pitcher from the kitchen to manually fill the toilet reservoir) |

The apartments are brand new, very clean, and well-located. The eco-friendly toilets made our stay quite difficult. We had a group of 5 adults and the toilet could only be flushed once every 30 minutes. We were not given enough linen and had to return twice to the desk before their supply came in. Most importantly, we booked this apartment because it promised broadband internet, and it did not work in our particular apartment. |

Central location, modern, new, fully equipped apartment, nice kitchen The first apartment we've got at check in was not clean from previous guest! The sheets and towels was not changed and the bathroom was dirty. The part of the staff was not experienced at all and seemed confused. The cleaning and replacement of towels is normally done only once a week, this is not clarified at booking. The bin should be emptied more than once a week, it stinks after 2 days. |

Central location only a few minutes walk to Temple Bar & other city attractions. Nice modern, well equipped apartment. No outside noise to disturb sleep. Easy car parking in the basement. Best priced 2 bedroom unit I could find. Only one small piece of soap to share between 3 people, but that's a very minor niggle. |
