Main areas very smart. Room comfy and sizeable. Bedroom door make corridor look very plain. 2nd floor was a bit noisy at night (from external sources). |

being close to main attractions having to wait for room even though we had booked in hours earlier. Then the room was not clean. Soap ran out and was not replaced, not enough towels, twin room but only one set of towels provided until I complained. |

convenience to city centre rooms a bit tired, horrible vending machines using energy on each floor, totally deserted bar at 11.30 at night no atmosphere at all. |

It is a nice relaxed hotel ideal if you have kids One thing I find about Jurys it that every time you go to the counter that someone has been doubled booked which can be work out very akward for some people. |

Breakfast was a good mix of everything and very enjoyable. The rooms themselves were comfortable and clean. There was also a Tesco right opposite which meant if you needed anything that you may have forgotten it wasnt a problem. No parking, although parking was nearby, it still wasn't close enough and it had to be paid for separately and wasnt cheap. |

Very clean, food in bar and restaurant both good We requested a double and a twin but were allocated 2 doubles at check in and the only available room to change to was a smoking room. The double was very small and without a bath (poor value for the price), but we were moved to a larger room with a bath for the second night. |

Friendly aptomghere The Chambermaid did not clean room until after 5:00 both days, but knocked on the door the day of departure before 8:00 in the morning. |

The service was very efficient, Food was very nice, well located. No facilities for drying wet clothes, eg. radiators, this was inconvenient as we got very wet on the days that we stayed. Irish weather never fails! |

The staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Our room was a non-smoking room but had an ash-tray in and smelt very badly of smoke. We were all non-smokers and found this very uncomfortable. Although we were given a air freshner we were only allowed to keep it for 2 hours. |
