Less than a minute from O’Connell Street, this is a newly built hotel centrally located in the heart of Dublin city centre.

Offering you easy access to the main shopping district of Henry Street, you will also be within a short stroll of Grafton Street and some of Dublin’s most fascinating cultural attractions. These include Trinity College, Temple Bar, the Abbey and Gate Theatres, the Dublin Writers Museum, the James Joyce Centre and the Hugh Lane Gallery.

The hotel is also only a 15-minute walk from the IFSC business district and Croke Park Stadium. It is an ideal location for those attending GAA, international soccer and rugby games, concerts and conferences. Central Location and the bar area was nice.

Hotel was very noisy at night time - lots of banging doors and there is no room service. For lone diners who don't want to sit in a restaurant on their own there is a Tesco opposite the hotel!

Convenient

No parking facilities, room maid was knocking at our door at 08.30 to
clean up the room,far too early as we did not retired until the small
hours the previous night. I believe check out time is 12 noon and we had
Do Not Disturb sign out.

I did request a smoking room, but was very surprised the amount of burn marks on the carpet and around the room, however I fully understand that this it not the hotels fault and made sure I informed them of the same just after check in and during checkout.

Location was very good. Rooms had the essentials.

It was very basic, reception looked lovely however rooms did not continue the trend! Staff at times were damn right rude but I didn't go to Dublin to meet polite hotel staff so I could put up with it.

Staff were polite ,hotel was clean and well maintained.well located

Although I had on line booking / confirmation for 3 room only two were showing on the hotel system, my party had to be divided up on different floors,Our room over looked the city refuse collection point and was noisy from a round 06:00 am with reversing vehicals and carts being emptied.I would recommend the hotel but stipulate a room at the front of the hotel.
