closeness to galway city centre combined with reasonably priced on premises parking quite a lot of intrusive traffic noise. |

Food was great. Location perfect for walking to city centre. Very clean and new. It's on the busy road so there is traffic noise but not much. |

Easy to find. Secure parking. The carpet drom the carpark entrance is dirty and worn, as it is the first thing a guest sees it gives a poor impression of an otherwise nice hotel. |

the entrance to the hotel the Hotel rooms were very small for a 4 star hotel, the windows were dorm and the rain came in , Also there were no shower jel etc replace after use. |

soft bed and pillow charged for a 3 person in the room yet provided no extra towels or tea facilities without being asked. curtain was hanging and window did not close fully also no air condidtioning, and a bathroom you would not consider 3 star let alone a 4 star rating for its size |

I liked that the staff were friendly and accomodating. Also I loved the fact that breakfast was served until 11. On the sunday morning there was a generator going from about 8 am outside the room |

Steam room Staff sometimes not very friendly. I suspect some are not very happy working there. Music in the reception/dining hall constant and loud. |
