Lack of restaurant facilities (i.e. having to walk outside to the attached Crown Plaza in order to get a meal .Extreme limitation of amount of "tea/coffee/milk/sugar" available in the room and the inability of reception staff to provide additional. |

Requested a non-smoking room and was given a smokers room - they did change after I complained. I requested a wake up call and it was never recorded so we didn't get it. |
