The staff were very helpful and friendly I stayed on the smoking level - I dont smoke much but may have the occassional one or two so I like the option of smoking in the room. The room smelt so badly of stale smoke and the net curtains were actually black in some parts. As paying guest I would expect the same standard of room as a non smoker.. Clean and tidy |

Room was a goos size Rung reception and room service and got no reply. Breakfast, service was awful. Had to wait for glasses, plates and cutlery |

I liked the staff a lot /reception & housekeeping/, they were very busy, but very efficient, tryed to do their best & accomodate all the guest requirements asap /not possible at ones sometimes, but still trying & succeeding/ Very reasonable price for such a location & reasonable quality accommodation All was very old; furniture /in need of re-upholstering - the fabric had few holes!/; carpet was coming out under the skirting. The marble in bathroom was patched with cheap ceramics! The noise by a pump or smth alike going on all the time. But ... I got what I payed for :) a cheap room. Would be disgusted if I would have payed abt 110 eur per single room per night & get all of the above ... |

We enjoyed the convenience to the venue. Staff were all very nice and good at their job. Hotel has a very spacious lobby where you would feel very comfortable sitting waiting for others. We were especially happy being able to have a drink and have a reasonably priced meal in the evening Disappointed that one had to pay for parking. Food was good and we ate there everyevening - service was a little slow and a change of menu would have been nice. Breakfast layout is a bit disorganized could have been better. Otherwise quality was good on everything. |

Staff were friendly and it was a good location. Room needed updating very old, paint peeling off the walls and ceilings, hair dryer in the room was broken, it wasn't the cleanest of rooms. |
