Clean rooms. Having to pay the full hotel fee at arrival + a deposit of 50 euros, what?! Also, felt a bit claustophobic having to look out on a stone wall. |

the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. the location was right next to the jameson distillery and a nice 5-10 minute walk along the river into the temple bar area. |

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great place for children. Great location, a little bit of a walk to city centre, but there is a tram very close by that is very easy to use. Grocery store directly next door so easy to buy milk for babies! Since there are no fridges in the room, if you do need to keep milk for a baby you have to use the ice machine. And there are no buckets provided, only large cups which makes it a little difficult to keep milk for the night. |

Location is very good. It's a quiet part of town just a short walk away from the centre. Many tourist attractions, such as Old jameson Distillery and Guionness Storehouse, are in a walking distance. There are also shops and very good public transport (from airport first take bus 748 and then luas to Smithfield). The hotel is new, clean and modern, and the staff was very friendly. |
