The Apartments were well situated close to Temple Bar, Christchurch, Grafton Street and the city center. |

Nice, convenient apartment. Good kitchen. Some of the staff not so friendly. One girl was very nice. Too hard 140 cm double bed. (Asked for twin beds when we booked). A bed mattress on top (like everyone in Sweden have) should had given us a better sleep and less back pain. Heavy traffic outside was disturbing during the nights. |

Location is excellent. Staff friendly and helpful e.g. able to leave luggage, calling a taxi. Lack of ventilation in bathroom. |

The central location was great - we could walk all throughout the city from here. It was not so comfortable for two couples - the rooms were small, the street noise was excessive especially during the night and morning hours. There was no air movement so we had to keep windows open. One bathroom for four people was not the most convenient and they provide minimal linens & toilet paper, so if you run out or can't clean the towels you're out of luck. |

The location was very good. We had not hot water for 3 out of the 4 days. Our window faced a very loud and busy street. We had no air conditioning and it was too loud to open the window for air at night. The facility needs to provide kitchen towels and rags for use, toilet paper and other just basic things. |

We stayed at St. Andrews--it was close to the river and if the hotel staff knew where they were located we could have gotten around better The water. As stated above the shower situation took hours and everyone got a warm to cool shower. Even though it was a two bed water is only for 1.5 people. Also, no towels the first day! It was a bank holiday and management did not think we needed towels for over 24 hours. |

It was very homely as it was an appartment we felt very relaxed and comfortable. Our shower was broken on arrival and we had a very quick turn around time to get 3 people ready using the same bathroom. However, we were given the option to move room and we didn't have time for this so we just used the shower of that room. We were happy enough that the hotel did all they could to help but I did feel that we could have been offered a slight discount because of the hassle. |

Nice location, great, large apartment while we liked having a corner apartment with the mice views it afforded us, the street noise got loud sometimes. Also, two of the three nights we were there, my husband was woken up by drunken arguing. Finally, we could not enter the building without buzzing the hotel desk and often no one was at the desk to let us in. |

We were moved to an alternative apartment at St Augustine. The apartment was superb and in a brilliant location and much cheaper for 2 couples than any hotal in the area. I would really recommend it. I would have liked some tea, coffee and milk in the apartment. It would have made the morning a lot easier. |

Rooms were clean, although lots of broken things and they had supposedly just remodeled the place. Less than helpful staff, didn't seem to care that things were falling apart |

2 double bed in seperate rooms, new and nice furniture (except the bathroom) We didin't like the bathroom at all, it was very oldish and the cupboard where they stored the towels was disgustung. Also it would be handy if they would have at least one or two socket-adopter as people come from different countries. |
