the friendly staff and location not the biggest of rooms, had two single beds joined together, shower wasn't working. If we had been staying longer I would probably have asked to change rooms if I was honest. |

Great location. The room was very very dark and a little small. The breakfast wasnt great. Also there are no safety bars on the sash windows which open right up allowing you access to the large outside windowsill which you could quite easily fall off and would definately be an issue for any child. |

loved the bathroom and loved the bed linens, duvet covers, pillows. the room was not air conditioned. It's not really necessary for the temperature so i wouldn't have thought to inquire, however, we were on the 4th floor with the windows open, and it was incredibly noisy. i probably wouldn't stay here again, only becuase there are so many hotels in the area, i'd want to try a new one. |

the shower in the bathroom was difficult to use. it is often difficult to know which tap or knob controls water temperature and which controls the flow and there were no helpful hints at all - eg: + and - sign for temp. etc. when i took a guess and tried one, it stuck, the knob fell off and the water wouldn't drain away. |

The hotel staff is really helpful, and the building is beautiful, inside and outside. What a Library Bar! Location is great, almost everything interesting in Dublin is just around the corner. There's no air conditioning, but I guess that providing the temperature average of Dublin, it's not strictly necessary. A plug adapter (like for charging mobile phones' batteries) would be great, and breakfast could be more varied. |
