Clean towels, price: ok if you just have to spend a night close to the airport, not ideal for a visit to the city. No coffee and tea facilities, no duvet cover but only a sheet: not very hygienic, noise from other rooms. |

Upon our complaint that the room is noisy, the staff immeidately arrange another room that is quiet. prompt customer handling. The room allocated to us was noisy, though we requested a quiet room on our reservation comment. Obviously, the requst is totally neglected in the first place. |

The last two day of my stay the room is quite. pretty convience I request a quite room when I book this room However the room is on the ground floor, and is on the way to recepition. They accept guest even though it is at 2 or 3 A.M. after midnight. I can hear people talking, walking, and noise of wheel of the suitcase rolling across the walkway through out the night. While they have lots of room not occpied in higher level. |

we were alone on our floor and change of towels everyday. the distance to city centre and from airport was great. the kitchen was really big and had sofas in and was clean but no plates or hot water tap in kitchen so had to boil water to wash the mugs when used. the beds were tiny and uncomfortable. we had back pains and kept tossing and turning. room was slightly different to what we excepted due to info on website. tv was the smallest i ever seen |

free internet use, the kitchen the incapacitiy of the staff to handle short-term-booking. They had problems in the kitchen and asked the full price for breakfast, nevertheless, though they did not serve full breakfast. |

Actually nothing. This has been the worst hotel experience ever in my life and I do not want to return there. It is a hostel like accomodaqtion for very young people only. It is not good for travellers. The facilities are very poor and the room is not comfortable at all. |
